This is a great deal to grab a few for the toy drive this fall! It’s not too early to start shopping and storing some stuff away! This would make some kids really happy this Christmas!

Time for a new tradition! Let's come together for our first Hens vs Turkeys Game and Toy Drive to support The Zakiah Memorial Toy Drive . Zakiah was a loving, smart, funny, kind-hearted boy who loved life and loved everyone he met. Zakiah passed away suddenly in 2016 at the age of 9. We will collect toys in memory of Zakiah. The toys will go directly to children in need in Blount County every Christmas.

Please bring an unwrapped toy to donate and come join the fun as our boys' and girls' scrimmage in a fun soccer game!

Please go like the The Zakiah Memorial Toy Drive page if you haven’t already! I will post updates for this year’s toy drive and future toy drives! We have collected over 600 toys this year and still have a couple donation boxes out if you’d like to donate still! Contact me if you have a toy you want to donate and I’ll make sure it gets to the Junior Service League of Maryville!

Zakiah was an amazing, loving, smart, funny, kind-hearted boy who loved life and loved everyone he met. He loved giving gifts to others and looked for every opportunity to make someone smile. Zakiah passed away suddenly in 2016 at the age of 9. In partnership with the Junior Service League of Maryville, we collect toys every year for the Toys for Blount County program in memory of Zakiah’s November birthday. The toys go directly to children in need in Blount County every Christmas. We have now collected close to 2000 toys since 2016 and look forward to collecting many more with your help!

I was diagnosed with COVID 2 days before the event so we had to scramble last minute. My step mom stepped up and saved the day and ran the event for me! Due to COVID and the economy, this year’s toy drive was a little bit smaller than other years, but we still appreciate every single toy donated!! 💚
