❤️ Community Support Needed for a Local Senior ❤️

At K**b Noster Senior Care, we are reaching out on behalf of a local senior in our community who is in urgent need of a small apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer. They live alone and have been without one for several weeks, making it difficult to safely store food and medications.

K**b Noster Senior Care has funds available to help with this need, but we are hoping to come together as a community to bridge the gap. Our goal is to raise $300–$400 to purchase a replacement as quickly as possible.

If you have a clean, working apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer that you no longer need, or if you would like to make a monetary donation toward this purchase, we would be incredibly grateful for your support.

This is what community is all about—neighbors helping neighbors during times of need. Every donation, share, and act of kindness makes a difference and helps us ensure that our seniors have access to the basic necessities they deserve.

🛠️ K**b Noster Senior Care Needs Your Help

We are currently looking for someone local who may be able to help one of our seniors by installing a new sink faucet in their home. The faucet has already been purchased — we are simply looking for someone who knows how to install it and would be willing to lend a helping hand.

You do not need to be a licensed business or contractor — just someone with the knowledge and willingness to help a local senior in our community.

📢 K**b Noster Senior Care Update 📢

Our Senior Care Yard Work Day that was scheduled for tomorrow, May 16th, will unfortunately need to be postponed and rescheduled at this time.

As many of you know, our President’s wife, Robin, recently underwent surgery and is still recovering and not yet home. Right now, our focus is on supporting Steve and Robin during this time, and we want to ensure Steve is able to be present and involved when we move forward with this community event.

We are actively staying in touch, remaining hopeful, and keeping our fingers crossed for continued healing, strength, and comfort for Robin and their family.

We sincerely appreciate every single person who volunteered, reached out, and was willing to donate their time to help our local seniors. Your support and kindness do not go unnoticed, and it is a reminder of just how caring and compassionate this community truly is.

We are so incredibly happy to share that one of our Senior’s water is officially fixed and back on!

A huge heartfelt THANK YOU to C. & J. Plumbing Heating & Cool for stepping up and coming to the rescue. After being without water for months, she finally has running water again thanks to their generosity, hard work, and willingness to help a local senior in need.

This is exactly what community is all about — neighbors helping neighbors, local businesses stepping up, and people coming together to make a difference.

We are beyond grateful for businesses like C&J Plumbing Heating & Cooling who continue to support our seniors and our community when they need it most. Your kindness and compassion do not go unnoticed.

📣 K**b Noster Senior Care Update 📣

Due to some recent life events and scheduling challenges, we will not be holding our Senior Care meeting this month. We will announce a new meeting date as soon as we are able to reschedule.

We will also be postponing our Senior Yard Work Day that was originally scheduled for Saturday, May 16th. Unfortunately, with the current lack of volunteers and everything going on behind the scenes, we are unable to make the event happen at this time. Our goal is to reschedule it for next month, and we will share updated details soon.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support.

To everyone who has followed our page, attended meetings, volunteered, reached out, donated, or simply shown interest in supporting our seniors — thank you. Your encouragement and support mean more than you know, and we are so grateful for this community. 🤍

COMMUNITY HELP NEEDED 💙

K**b Noster Senior Care is currently looking for a few additional volunteers who may be available to help deliver evening meals to one of our local seniors.

Meals would need to be delivered sometime between 4–6 p.m., or if needed, arrangements can be made for pickup and delivery coordination. Even helping one evening or a couple days a week would make such a difference.

At this time, we are specifically asking for volunteers who are already part of K**b Noster Senior Care, have attended meetings, and have completed the volunteer/background check process.

As many of you know, our President, Steve, and his wife Robin have been carrying so much on their shoulders while Robin continues recovering from surgery. Right now, we’re simply trying to come together as a community to support both our senior in need and one another during this time.

This organization has always been about neighbors helping neighbors, and we are so grateful for those who continue to step up and serve with compassion and kindness.

🚨 URGENT: BOIL WATER ADVISORY – PLEASE READ & SHARE 🚨

For the next 24 hours, residents are advised to boil all water before use due to a city water issue.

This includes:
• Drinking water
• Brushing teeth
• Cooking
• Ice machines
• Any water used for food or personal care

👉 Bring water to a rolling boil before using
👉 If possible, use bottled or stored water instead

The city is actively working to resolve the issue. We will share updates as soon as we receive them.

Please check on our seniors and neighbors to ensure they are aware and have access to safe water. 💙

✨K**b Noster Senior Care – Community Support Needed✨

It has been brought to our attention that one of our local seniors is currently without working heat and, most urgently, without water due to a leak that has required the water to be shut off.

We are actively looking for someone with the time and experience to help assess and repair the issue. From what we understand, the home is on a slab with a small crawl space where the leak is believed to be located.

If you—or someone you know—may be available in the next week or two to take a look, we would greatly appreciate your help.
