We look to provide a variety of fitness classes that are designed to help members meet their fitness goals. We look to engage with members on a personal level and make them feel like family. We offer fitness and nutritional coaching that is tailored to each individual. All fitness instructors are CPR certified. We look to be able to serve all fitness levels and we strive to not turn anyone down for their inability to pay. We offer scholarship programs that can help with monthly fees.
