Happy New Year!

Effective January 1, 2026 our rates and conditions have changed.
The cost is $200 for a 1 day rental plus a refundable $400 cleaning deposit. Your rental will be from the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 AM only. Must follow noise ordinances. This will allow the facility to be checked for cleanliness and damages forbore the next renters. If there are damages to the facility or parking area, you will be responsible for those costs. Lost key will require a $75 re-key fee, this may be an additional cost or can be taken from your cleaning deposit. Garbage is required to be removed at the end of day or a $25 garbage fee will be deducted from your cleaning deposit. Cash only.

Unfortunately we needed to make these changes due to multiple damages and lost keys in 2025.

We have the following dates in November available; 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27 & 30 and the following dates in December available; 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17,18, 19, 20, 23, 26, 27, 30 & 31.

Early this morning a drunk driver took out the power and our fence when he rolled his vehicle. He fled the scene. If anyone witnessed it or has information, please let us know.

Responses to reservation messages will be unavailable starting tomorrow, July 10th thru Sunday, July 14th. Will respond to messages in order they are received starting Monday, July 15th after 5:00 pm.

~ Effective immediately, all new bookings will now be $200 for the rental. The cleaning deposit will also change to $200 but will remain refundable if applicable ~

Book for a birthday, anniversary, reunion, wedding, reception, baby shower, training's or meeting.

Many options for up to 130 people. Tables and chairs are included, with full access to kitchen. Handicapped accessible.
