What a wonderful day celebrating the achievements, hard work, and bright futures of students across the Klamath Basin at Graduation Sensation 2026!

Soroptimist International of Klamath Falls was honored to join our community in recognizing this year's graduates and to award five scholarships to outstanding students who have demonstrated determination, leadership, and a commitment to their future goals. We are excited to see all they accomplish in the years ahead. 💙

From the school parades and marching bands to the excitement of the kindergarteners cheering on the graduates, the day was filled with community spirit, pride, and celebration. The clouds may have hung around, but the rain stayed away, making it a perfect day to honor the Class of 2026! ☁️🎉

A special thank you to Klamath Promise for organizing another incredible event that brings our community together to celebrate educational achievement and inspire future generations.

🎓🎉 Tomorrow we’ll be celebrating education, achievement, and the incredible students in our community at the 11th Annual Graduation Sensation! 🎉🎓

In lieu of our regular Thursday meeting, members of Soroptimist International of Klamath Falls will be downtown on Main Street tomorrow supporting local graduates during the Main Street March and community celebration! 🌟

After the parade, we’ll head to Veterans Park for the scholarship and award announcements, where our club is proud to award FIVE $2,000 scholarships to outstanding local students. 💙📚

Education creates opportunity, strengthens communities, and helps build brighter futures for the next generation. We are honored to continue supporting students as they take the next step toward their dreams. 🌱✨

We’re honored to once again be part of the incredible Klamath Promise Graduation Sensation celebration! 🎉🎓

This event is such a powerful reminder of what makes our community special. Students, families, schools, businesses, and organizations all coming together to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduating seniors. 💙

This year, Soroptimist International of Klamath Falls will be awarding 5 scholarships to local high school girls during the event, and we couldn’t be more excited to cheer on the Class of 2026 alongside the rest of our community!

Come downtown, find a spot along the parade route, and help us celebrate the amazing students who represent the future of the Klamath Basin. 📣

🌄✨ Growing Through Connection & Leadership ✨🌄

At the end of April, four of our Soroptimist leaders traveled to Whitefish, Montana to attend the Regional Conference, joining clubs from across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Northern Idaho, and Montana.

Through collaboration, conversation, and shared experiences, we gained valuable insight into what’s working across our region, from creative fundraising ideas to expanding scholarship opportunities for women and girls.

One of the most inspiring takeaways:
💫 Soroptimist clubs across our region awarded over $470,000 in scholarships.

We’re proud that our club contributed over $20,000 in scholarships awarded to local women, helping make that regional impact possible. Being part of a network so deeply committed to education, empowerment, and opportunity for women and girls is truly inspiring, and we’re excited to bring new ideas and renewed energy back to our community. 💙

🐎✨ Derby Night Fun for a Great Cause! ✨🐎
Sidelines Pizza hosted us for a super fun night of tiny but strong horse races last Thursday the 30th! What a great night it was, with three exciting rounds of races, plenty of laughs, and an amazing group of women, we raised close to $500 in just a few hours.

Events like this are such a great reminder that when passionate people come together, incredible things happen. We are so grateful to be part of a group that not only works hard to support women in our community—but truly enjoys doing it together.

Here’s to empowering women, building each other up, and having a little fun along the way 💚
