Klamath Basin Pride We aim to provide and promote q***r events, community building, education, and resources.

Klamath Basin Pride is a community of citizens within Klamath Falls and the surrounding area who identify as LGBT+ and their allies. We are a volunteer organization led by a committee of passionate community members with input from those we aim to serve and support. Our members include stake-holders from local organizations, social services, youth programs, educational entities, health systems, lo

cal businesses, students, government and the community at-large. We have been building presence and momentum in the Basin for underserved populations within the LGBT+ community and its intersections.

Join us for an unforgettable celestial celebration at "Eclipse in the Park"! Prepare to be awed as we gather to witness the rare and breathtaking Annular Solar Eclipse. This family-friendly event promises a morning of wonder, excitement, and fun under the sun... or rather, under the moon's shadow!

1. Eclipse Viewing:

Be a part of history as you observe the Annular Solar Eclipse, where the moon covers the center of the sun, leaving a stunning "ring of fire" around its edges. We'll provide complimentary solar viewing glasses (while supplies last) to ensure you can witness this celestial spectacle safely. 🌘🕶️

2. Family Fun:

Enjoy a wide range of family-friendly activities, including DJ Sticky Rice (Michael Armijo) spinning tunes 🎶 (sponsored by Thai Orchid Cafe - Klamath Falls, Oregon + Bloom & Flourish Boutique), multiple bounce houses provided by 541 Jump and Foam Explosion (paid admission to jump) 🏰, creative face painting 🎨 by Klamath Union High School Cheerleading, hands on reptile encounters by Hands on Critters🐊, Hair Tinsel by The Klamath Falls Fairy, a fantastic photo op area 📸, and much MORE! 🤹‍♂️🎈

3. Food and Refreshments:

Satisfy your cravings or get your caffeine fix from delicious food/drink vendors available onsite and at Klamath Falls Farmers Market! ☕️
