Soul Models is a organization dedicated to empowering girls to discover their authentic selves as they become mindful, confident, creative, engaged leaders.

Soul Models offers girls the opportunity to explore their authentic voice in a safe and supportive setting while being introduced to tools that will increase their self-confidence and resiliency. Through activity-based programming, we guide and support girls as they gain valuable life skills in the areas of creative expression, leadership development, stress-management techniques, and an ethic of

service. Girls will explore these ideals through hands on activities that focus on the practice of mindfulness, yoga, creative expression, service and leadership. By utilizing a balanced approach, participants will deepen their understanding of the importance of presence and self-awareness in daily living while developing resiliency and strengthening their own inner compass.

& that’s a wrap on summer (camp)! 💐

Our Portsmouth Camp at Community Campus brought together new friends representing 6 different schools across the Seacoast. It was a great week of connecting with each other, nature, and ourselves. It’s hard to believe it’s the last week of August, but we can still celebrate an amazing summer. 🩷

At York Art Association, we got STRONG and used our voices to share loving positive words about ourselves and others alongside our amazing facilitators: Bryanna Dow, Laura Fox, Sarah Tretter, Sheila Murray, and Talia Rosenblum ✨

Laura recently facilitated our York summer camp at York Art Association and we had a wonderful time listening to some tunes, discussing the power of songwriting, and even writing a little something something (more to come)!
