Soul Models is a organization dedicated to empowering girls to discover their authentic selves as they become mindful, confident, creative, engaged leaders.

Soul Models offers girls the opportunity to explore their authentic voice in a safe and supportive setting while being introduced to tools that will increase their self-confidence and resiliency. Through activity-based programming, we guide and support girls as they gain valuable life skills in the areas of creative expression, leadership development, stress-management techniques, and an ethic of service. Girls will explore these ideals through hands on activities that focus on the practice of mindfulness, yoga, creative expression, service and leadership. By utilizing a balanced approach, participants will deepen their understanding of the importance of presence and self-awareness in daily living while developing resiliency and strengthening their own inner compass.

Before we kick fall programs into full gear, we’re reflecting on some of our favorite moments from this year.
At ORMS, Lauren Beladi (Co-founder of S\WET AND Oyster River alumna) led our bobcats through some movement inspired by S\WET’s signature Method.

Kerry Montani helped us fuel our strong bodies and empowered the girls to create their own nourishing smoothie recipes.

We’ll return to Oyster River this winter, but keep your eyes peeled for our fall school announcements 👀
