We are ON for tomorrow's final "Under The Oak" concert of the 2026 summer season! Fox & Roy will join us outside - under our oak tree - along with Kittery Land Trust's own Alex Keenan, starting at 5:30. The ground might be a bit soggy, so plan your picnicking equipment accordingly! PYO flowers will be open starting at 4 pm. $10 suggested donation for adults. Like our Nooney Farm lemonade and our ice cream sammies, kids are always free. Bring a chair, bring a blanket, bring a picnic - see you tomorrow!

This summer, we were so fortunate to have Kathryn Campbell from UNH as our intern here at Nooney Farm! Kathryn dove headfirst into farm life—working through blazing heat, pouring rain, and everything in between. From seeding, weeding and harvesting to working with volunteers and assisting with education programs, she quickly became an invaluable part of the team. And a notable achievement - she helped harvest more than 400 pounds of garlic!

Kathryn also took on a special project, helping us establish an agroforestry project we’re developing in partnership with the University of New Hampshire.

We’re incredibly grateful for all of Kathryn’s hard work, enthusiasm, and good humor this summer. We’ll miss you already, Kathryn—and we hope you’ll come back and get your hands dirty with us again!

We’re so grateful to Plates for Change for putting food insecurity front and center—and for turning that commitment into $100,000 in grants to local nonprofits working to make sure our neighbors have access to good food.

Kittery Land Trust was honored to be one of the recipients of funding from the proceeds of their Taste event! This generous support will help us continue growing and sharing fresh produce from the Giving Garden at Nooney Farm with local food pantry and community partners.

We’re especially grateful to the Plates for Change leadership team for recognizing the role that local farms, volunteers, and community organizations can play in building a stronger, more food-secure community.

Good food. Good neighbors. Good things happen when we work together.

Thank you, Plates for Change!

Thank you to everyone that came out for our 4th installment of Under the Oak Music Series with The Mountain last night! We had a quick pivot into the greenhouse with showers in the forecast. It was a true reflection of KLT's mission of building community with people of all ages sharing space on an unforgettable summer evening. Many thanks to the amazing volunteers and board members who made everything run smoothly. We hope to see you for our final concert of the season on Thursday 9/3 featuring Fox & Roy.
