It's on! Dahliapalooza Part Deux is this Saturday! October 17, 8 am at Nooney Farm, 22 Stevenson Road. $25 a bucket. We'll have 5-gallon buckets and snips to borrow, but bring your own if you've got 'em. We'll be picking the entire big field, wear comfy shoes and warm clothes, it'll be nippy. The Kittery Land Trust was founded by volunteers nearly 40 years ago. Today, we are still rooted in volunteerism and are so grateful to the many hands that make our work possible. This year, volunteers have contributed over 3000 hours of their time on the trails, at the farm, with students and in the office! We were so happy to celebrate them at our Volunteer Harvest Lunch this week.

Thank you all for making our first ever Dahliapalooza an unqualified success. You cleared us out of dahlias in the first hour!! We expect the upcoming mild weather to deliver an awesome next round of blooms, so check in here for the announcement of a possible Dahliapalooza 2. Dahliapalooza this Saturday, October 3rd at Nooney Farm! $25 a bucket, we have buckets to borrow. Any flowers you can put in it are yours for the low, low donation of $25! Our season is coming to an end, and we want you to have one last taste of summer. We'll have snips to borrow, too, but BYO if you've got 'em. We accept cash, checks, credit cards or Venmo. 8 am to 10 am, 22 Stevenson Road. Hope to see you there!
