Registration will be open until September 15th. We cannot accept registrations after September 15th.

⚠️📣 Attention Armstrong Elementary Girls (Lenape & West Hills) ENTERING Grades 3-5 (for the upcoming school year) if you are interested in getting some 🏀 basketball workouts in this summer we will be starting Monday June 29th.

📝 We will practice: MONDAYS 5:15-6:30/7 and most FRIDAYS 5-630. All practices will be at Lenape Elementary.

🏃‍♀️We will be focusing on speed and agility, proper shooting techniques, defensive and offensive drills, and lots of ball handeling.

Please spread the word! I hope to see you there!
Make sure to bring water and your own ball. (I will have limited ones available)
