Jackson’s Nephroblastoma Journey

Jackson had his bilateral partial nephrectomy 1 year ago today. The beginning of a very scary 16 day hospital stay. He has come SO far in the last year!

Jackson has scans tomorrow (7/22)! This is always an anxious time for us all but we know how great our God is what He can do! Please pray with us that he handles his IV well and for continued good labs and clear scans!

Mama has been slacking on posting updates lately 😜 but Jackson had his follow up appointment with Nephrology yesterday and got another good report! We will continue to monitor his kidney function when we get labs at our next scans in July and follow up again in 6 months or so!

He was recently evaluated for OT and PT and should start those soon just to catch up on his fine motor and coordination/spatial awareness with the decreased exposure over the last year 😎
