The Kissimmee Police Department is notifying residents of a registered sexual offender residing within the City of Kissimmee.

According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), Dihaan Mikal Seraaj was adjudicated guilty in 2023 of violating Florida Statute 800.04(5)(b), involving lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim under 12 years of age.

🚨 UPDATE: Kendal Reese Ditto has been located and is in good health.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is still asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Ka’niyah Williams, who remains missing and is believed to be in danger.

Ka’niyah is a Black female, 5’5” tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown eyes and long pink-and-black braids. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and black pants.

If you have any information about Ka’niyah’s whereabouts, please contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office requests the public’s assistance in locating two missing endangered juveniles, Ka’niyah Williams, 17, and Kendal Reese Ditto, 15. Both are believed to be in danger.

Ka’niyah Williams is a Black female, 5’5” tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown eyes and long pink-and-black braids. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and black pants.

Kendal Reese Ditto is a White female, 5’2” tall, weighing approximately 138 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, a teal bonnet, and a gold necklace. She was carrying or wrapped in a blanket and was last seen walking east on Alegriano Court. Kendal has a piercing on her left nostril and both ears pierced.
