This is it, Knights! The Nipher Spirit Wear Store closes August 31st, and once the online store closes, no additional orders can be placed. So if you’ve been meaning to order, now is the time!

Orders will be delivered to Nipher by September 15th.

Our Fry Guy shirts match this year’s Greentree Parade float! Anyone planning to walk with Nipher in the parade is encouraged to show that Knight pride by wearing Nipher Spirit Wear or a Fry Guy shirt.

🎁 GENERAL FUND DONORS:
Did you donate $75 or more to the PTO General Fund? Check your email for your Spirit Wear code to receive your FREE shirt! Be sure to use it before the store closes.

Sometimes PTO support looks BIG.

And sometimes it looks like a teacher having the resources for a great idea.

A student getting a special treat.

A welcoming campus.

Breakfast for our Knights.

Dinner for teachers during conferences.

A little extra appreciation during a very long week.

Those little things add up to something pretty important: a school community that feels supported.

The new school year is almost here, and the calendar is already filling up! Save these important upcoming dates:

📚 August 19 | Curriculum Night @ Nipher
6th Grade: 5:00–5:50 PM
7th & 8th Grade: Begins at 6:30 PM
Adults only. Wellness staff will be available in the library during the 6th Grade session.

Throughout the school year, Nipher PTO helps support the experiences, extras, celebrations, and programs that make our school community special.

Your General Fund donations help us support things like:

There’s one small but important item to add to that back-to-school list!

Nipher students will need WIRED headphones that connect to a USB-C port.

The current student iPads do not have a traditional 3.5mm headphone jack, so standard wired headphones cannot plug directly into the iPad.

You have two easy options:

🎧 USB-C wired headphones — plug directly into the iPad

OR

🔌 USB-C to 3.5mm headphone adapter — allows your student to use a standard pair of wired 3.5mm headphones

⭐ Important: Headphones should be wired, not Bluetooth/wireless.

Add it to the school-supply list now so your Knight is ready to go! 🎒🎧

Reminder: Action Items for Student Permissions

Here you will update contact information, complete technology/iPad agreements, input medical needs, complete the annual media release, and more. This update is necessary to ensure we have accurate student records, such as addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, and medical needs.

Important note: Please remember that this update must be completed before students can receive their class schedules or iPads next week on August 11th and 12th. Thank you!

Also separate from MSB, our annual parent-agreement forms include: Field Trip Consent, Climbing Wall Permission, and the Turkey Trot. Please complete the form in the link provided.

🎒✏️ NIPHER SCHOOL SUPPLY LISTS ARE HERE! ❤️🖤💛

Back-to-school shopping is officially underway! We’ve pulled together the 2026–2027 Nipher Middle School supply lists for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade to help families get ready for the year ahead.
📚 A few things to remember:

🎒 Supply needs are different for each grade, so be sure to check your Knight’s specific list.

❤️ Community supplies are optional, but always appreciated! Depending on grade level, teachers are requesting items such as Kleenex, paper towels, extra pencils, Clorox wipes, dry-erase markers, Sharpies, markers, glue sticks, and Post-it notes.

🎧 DON’T FORGET THE HEADPHONES!
This year, students need wired headphones that connect to the iPad’s USB-C port. You can purchase either:

OR
➡️ A USB-C-to-3.5mm adapter to use with traditional wired headphones.
