NUCLEAR ARMAGEDDON IN THE MAKING!
Open Letter To Mr. Antonio Guterres,
The United Nations Secretary-General (UN-SG)
Dear & Honorable Excellency Mr. Antonio Guterres,
It's nothing new for you or your predecessors to have known for a longtime and now for you particularly being more familiar that the world has increasingly become much more closer to a nuclear showdown in the near or somewhat distant future. The rhetoric of threats of use of nuclear weapons systems are becoming commonplace by nuclear power countries. This ongoing,"Sabers rattling," is so loud and clear in present day world order as if the nuclear power countries are talking of using it as their favorite toys to obliterate the existence of human race from parts of global village due to their ego and hate for the so called enemies to them.
Nothing must have changed under the present circumstances in last decades for some but of course; "Hate," has taken predominant place in the World's political arena the primary place.Therefore, the entire World is at a very dangerous cross-roads. I don't see only you or just few members of the United Nations will be able to surmount this issue in isolation. Nevertheless, what I see and suggest is that the:
A. Only diplomatic solutions can solve worlds nuclear and other associated crisis is through the immediate dialogues at the United Nations forum by all member state with one voice. If not with one voice as recently pointed out by the," Former US Ambassador to the United Nations Madam Madeline Albright." Nothing shall be resolved in isolation. How right she is!
B. World body must bring all the stake holders to negotiating table and accept the fact that we have more nuclear capable countries now capable of delivering devastating nuclear war heads against each other and that can cause irreversible damages to planet earth and for those human beings who live on this global village; and no crazy war rhetoric of inhalation of each other's existence will solve this acute problem.
C. Any crazy ideas of using weapons of mass destruction against any potential desirous candidate and such aspiring countries to become newest member of the nuclear club must be recognized as such and let them become part of the nuclear power club and let peace prevail on planet earth. So what? All existing, "Nuclear Power Countries," Per Se shall and will not use "Nuclear Weapons," unless they decide to bring the World(Planet Earth) to come to an end through;"Nuclear Armageddon."
D. World would hopefully become much more safer place by using the path of diplomatic negotiations and resolve all peace-keeping and peacemaking issue across global village; including the burning topic of North Korean (becoming nuclear power), Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) being given right of self-determination; Iranian be understood with its stance of using nuclear capabilities for peaceful purposes and other such international issues plaguing the global village and the World body to take all these issues at it's 72nd General Assembly Sessions managing these bulls by the horn. In spite of 193 Nations Assembly always tends to agree to disagree. That's where United Nations must make its final smoothing up of the rough edges to achieve global peace.
E. The hot bed of simmering perpetual issue of "War and Peace," between India and Pakistan both being nuclear power can soon become trigger happy countries to use nuclear weapons systems against each other due to their sense of issue of survival and maintenance of individual Sovereignty. The perpetual love and hate game amongst these two rival countries can spark the "Third Global War," particularly with respect to use of;"Nuclear Weapons."
F. On the contrary the use of weapon of mass destruction by any "Super Power," in retaliation wouldn't go unanswered by any other "Alliances," meaning thereby an all out global nuclear war by nuclear capable countries.
G. An Armageddon shall be triggered by anyone who goes crazy thinking they can subdue those who are raising their head and aspiring to be recognized as new or super nuclear world power.
H. Fortunately or unfortunately that's a matter of fact and it's not likely to change anymore come what may. US and all other world powers must work together to diffuse flash points of IOK and other nuclear aspirant countries like North Korea, Iran and such other countries to let them become part of global nuclear countries club members. Thus for its safe use of nuclear capabilities to benefit from it. Consequently providing an opportunity for global peaceful use of nuclear capabilities under the well and stringently managed and monitored system of their nuclear facilities by United Nations under the umbrella of UN-IAEA.
J. The United Nations is the international institution that must be utilized to keep world peace intact through its august institutions like; "General Assembly," and "Security Council," and its other working bodies and groups. This upcoming 72nd General Assembly 2017 session must put all its focus on discussing and raising their voice to recommend to its Member States, particularly "The Big Five Security Council Members," to act now. No time must be wasted or it will be way too late to save the World at large.
Finally, Mr. Secretary-General the "Time and space," for diplomatic negotiations and diplomatic solution is critical and must be addressed at a very high priority without fail with you being the leader of the, "The United Nations Organization," As Soon As Possible (ASAP)!
