We’re helping our youth grow an attachment to our schools, gain life-skills that will help them work through situations they encounter in the future, and learn how to succeed as part of a team. Our teams are comprised solely of junior high and elementary school students from within the Juanita boundary area. The JBA is a private, non-profit organization. The all-volunteer Board of Directors is act
ively involved in all aspects of the organization, providing direction. Each team is headed by a head coach and an assistant coach, chosen for an impressive background in local sports leagues and schools, who have demonstrated a positive and supportive outlook with a solid technical background. The parents are to provide a supportive environment for the players. Each team provides a volunteer Team Coordinator, Scorekeepers, Clock Attendants and a Photographer.
