“Dobby” was found on Neil Armstrong after being missing and stray for three weeks. Thanks to the power of a microchip in combination with a stray animal report, he was safely reunited with his owner. 🖤🐾

Meet “Vixen” 🐾🖤

“Vixen” is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet once she knows she's safe—and earning her trust happens quickly.
Despite surviving severe cruelty and abuse, she has never let it take away her gentle spirit.

She absolutely adores children. We often wonder if they were the only ones who showed her kindness and were somewhat safe in her previous environment.

Whatever her story may be, she lights up around kids and loves being near them.
“Vixen” also loves other dogs and is a perfect kennel guest who never soils her space.
She is looking for a patient, loving home where she can leave her past behind and finally experience the life she deserves.

Please be on the lookout for this dog lost in the Kirby Area on the morning of 6/4/2026.

Her name is Lady, a medium sized, black dog with a white chest and black dots on it.

If you see her please call her owner via 5one2-629-9245! They have been searching all day.

We’re in need of the cardboard trays that come under canned goods, drinks, and similar products. We use them as disposable litter boxes for the cats in our care.

If you have any to spare, donations can be dropped off 24/7 in the donation bin located in front of the shelter.

Happy Tails Update! 🐾🖤

We couldn’t find anyone to adopt Maple, but the amazing Austin Bulldog Rescue had no trouble at all! Within just a few days of entering foster care, her foster fell completely in love and submitted an application to make her a permanent part of their family.

Sometimes the right home is simply waiting in the right place.
