The Auxiliary members for Kipling VFW Post 7371 are dedicated to assist our veterans, their families and the local community.

The VFW Auxiliary is one of the nation’s oldest
veterans’ service organizations and our members
are the relatives of those who have served in a
location of foreign conflict. We have nearly half a
million members nationwide who volunteer
millions of hours and fundraise millions of dollars
for charitable projects that benefit veterans,
military service personnel, and their families. Through our Nati

onal Programs, we assist the
VFW pass or block legislation that impacts
veterans and their families, provide nearly a
million volunteer hours in the VA medical system,
conduct patriotic programs with thousands of
dollars in scholarships for our nation’s youth. With nearly 4,000 Auxiliaries, there is likely one
in your area working to improve the lives of
America’s uncommon heroes.

I am reaching out on behalf of our Kipling VFW Auxiliary to share information about two student scholarship and essay opportunities we are offering this year; the VFW Patriots Pen and Voice of Democracy programs.

The Patriot’s Pen is open to students in grades 6-8 (essays), while the Voice of Democracy is a scholarship opportunity for students in grades 9-12 (essays and audio file / flash drive) to express their thoughts and perspectives on important topics related to our country, patriotism, and civic responsibility.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in sharing these opportunities with eligible students. The application information, requirements, and deadlines have been attached.

We kindly ask the completed essays and or audio files / flash drives be returned to Kipling VFW Auxiliary @ PO Box 119 61771 Primrose Lane Kipling, Ohio 43750 or via email [email protected] by
Monday OCTOBER 5th, 2026 to allow sufficient time to review and judge the entries. This will ensure that all entries can be properly reviewed and judged at local level before advancing to the next level of the competition.

Thank you for helping us provide these opportunities to local students and encourage the next generation to use their voice and share their perspectives.

🚗 Annual Car Show Volunteer Help Needed! 🇺🇸

As we prepare for our Annual Car Show, we are looking for Auxiliary volunteers to help make the event a success!

📅 Wednesday, August 19th — 5:00 PM
We need volunteers to assist with staging and setting up the event stations.

🧁 Friday, August 21st
For those who are donating baked goods, please have them at the Post by Friday.

Today was a great day, and it wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support of our community!

A heartfelt Thank You to everyone who volunteered their time, energy, and talents to help with today's Buckeye Trail Trap Shooting Team Chicken BBQ Fundraiser. Your hard work and dedication make a tremendous difference, and we truly couldn't provide these opportunities for our student-athletes without you.

We also want to thank everyone who came out and purchased a chicken to support the team. Your generosity means more than you know and helps our athletes continue to grow, compete, and represent our community with pride.

We are truly blessed to live in such a caring and supportive community. Thank you for standing behind the Buckeye Trail Trap Shooting Team and the Kipling VFW. We appreciate each and every one of you! 🇺🇸

What a wonderful day celebrating Pup's 75th Birthday this past Saturday at Kipling VFW ‘Old Stoners’ Post 7371.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate, brought delicious dishes for the potluck, played horseshoes, and helped make the day so special. Seeing family and friends together to celebrate this milestone meant so much.

Here's to 75 amazing years and many more wonderful memories! ❤️🎈

⭐⭐ UPDATE⭐⭐

Hello Everyone!

Beginning FRIDAY, we will have certain outside areas of the property under construction. If you wish to visit us, there will be a modified front entrance, but if you do not feel comfortable, you may use the side entrance (next to the playground), and be aware of parking restrictions.

The bouncer will not charge a fee. ☺️

The front entrance should be fully accessible on Tuesday, July 21.
