But going through it with a tribe of people that you develop and grow with makes it a lot easier. Peer groups will stay peer groups for the rest of your life. Helping them will come full circle and they will help you in ways that you never imagined.

So, extend that hand, offer the help, and give that hug.

Are you 15–18 years old, passionate about agriculture, leadership, and making a difference in your community? Then the Colorado 4-H Ag. Ambassador Program may be the opportunity for you! 💚

The Colorado 4-H Ag. Ambassador Program is a statewide leadership opportunity for 4-H members who want to grow as leaders, advocate for agriculture, and make a difference across Colorado. As part of the program, Ag. Ambassadors will plan and implement agriculture-focused leadership projects in their local communities or districts.

🌟 Ag. Ambassadors will:

🌱 Serve a one- to two-year term (depending on age when applying), with the opportunity to continue in a mentorship role for new ambassadors during a third year.

📣 Advocate for Colorado 4-H while serving as leaders and role models for fellow 4-H members.

🎤 Participate in statewide 4-H events and leadership opportunities.

💡 Strengthen their leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

🤝 Build connections with youth, Extension professionals, volunteers, and agricultural leaders.
