The 576th House of Alpha was chartered on December 5, 1979 at King's Restaurant in Kinston, North Carolina by Jesse Artis*, Charles Banks, Robert L. Brown, Ford Dabney*, Gregory Edmond, Clifton Epps*, Herbert L. Gray, Ephriam Green, Coley Little, Jr., Harry Parker, Earl Roundtree*, and Rommie Williams, Jr.* [Omega chapter]. The Brothers of Nu Iota Lambda have actively participated in numerous comm

unity projects and have contributed to many worth and charitable causes. Voter registration, human rights, and scholarships continue to be foremost among the goals of our chapter. "Love for all mankind" still stands as the aim of the Nu Iota Lambda chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
