To Everyone that would like to help keep Lowery Community Center going,

In 2005 Lowery Community Center was organized by some of the people that has lived in the community. The Board of Directors approved to go forward with the plan in 2006. They came together and thought it would be great idea to have a nice center in the community for everyone to be able to enjoy. The members of the Lowery Community Center have done multiple fundraisers since the LCC has been organized. Several local people in the Lowery Communicate dedicated their time, supplies and machinery that was needed to build the center. The biggest fundraiser was our good ole BBQ plate sale. Through the years a lot of the members have passed that dedicated their time through our fundraisers. We have very few people that comes to our meetings now. We need as many people as possible that are willing to come to our quarterly meetings to suggest their thoughts, ideas, and volunteering at the fundraisers. We need your help to continue pursing our mission. That’s why we’d like you to consider donating to our center. Your donations would go forward to keeping the Lowery Community Center active. Everyone is welcome to come to the meetings to help us continue building the center.

As of today, our rental is $150 upfront with a $50 reimbursement if the building is left clean.

As of Jan 2023, our rental will go up by $50. The new rental rate will be $200 upfront with a $50 reimbursement if building is left clean.

Meetings are held every 2nd Thursday of every quarter, “January, April, July and October”, at 6:00 pm, “18:00” at the Lower Community Center.
