NC Field NC FIELD is a grassroots nonprofit that teaches leadership to farmworkers and facilitates their actions in addressing issues important to them.

We are located in eastern North Carolina. Focus: We are dedicated to the empowerment of farmworkers through the education and leadership development of their children.
