Mrs. Willms brings ten years of experience in public education and dance team leadership. Over the past four years, she has successfully built and led the dance program and Flairs Dance Team at West Fork High School in New Caney ISD. Prior to that, she served as Head Director of the Stratford Spartanaires in Spring Branch ISD for four years and as Assistant Director of the Cy Woods Crimson Cadettes for two years.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance with minors in Coaching and Leadership from Texas A&M University, where she was a member of the Aggie Dance Team. Mrs. Willms is also a proud alumna of Kingwood High School, where she served as a two-year Colonel of the Kingwood Fillies. Her experiences as a Fillie helped shape her passion for dance, leadership, and education, ultimately inspiring her to pursue this career.
Mrs. Willms shares that returning to Kingwood High School as the Fillie Director represents a meaningful full-circle moment. She is honored to lead the program that had such a lasting impact on her life and is committed to continuing its strong tradition of excellence while fostering the growth, character, and success of every student and dancer.
Outside of her professional role, Mrs. Willms enjoys spending time with her husband, Brett, and their two sons, Beau and Nash.
