***Garage Sale Extension Through Sunday***

Due to expected heavy rainfall, the TVCA Board extended our Fall Garage Sale through Sunday, October 26th.

Can’t wait!

🎃🏊‍♂️ This Sunday, October 26th, from 2–4 PM, the Kingwood Park Swim & Dive Team will be “trick-or-treating” for a great cause — collecting canned goods for the Society of St. Stephens Food Pantry!

If you’d like to help, just leave your canned goods on your porch, and our athletes will stop by to pick them up. The pantry is located across from Kingwood Methodist Church and serves our local community.

***Garage Sale October 25***

Trailwood has two Garage Sale days. The Spring Garage Sale is always on the last Saturday in April (7a - 2p).

Our Fall Garage Sale is always the last Saturday in October (7a - 2p).

These two days are the only days that garage sales are permitted within Trailwood Village (per our deed restrictions).

Suggestion: put a balloon on your mailbox so those interested can see from a distance who is participating.

Also, please be respectful to homeowners while on their properties and do not block driveways.

National Night Out at Trailwood Village’s pool was a chompin’ success!

We had many special guests, including the Trailwood Village Swim Team Gator, Foster Elementary’s mascot Spike the Bulldog, and Principal Heckman and Counselor L’Esperance.

Thank you to the Trailwood Village Board and Laura Nielsen for organizing, HEB for catering, our Foster PTA, and Trailwood Village residents for attending and celebrating our great neighborhood!

***Foster Elementary Update***

The Trailwood Village community is invited to a Foster Elementary Rebuild update at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, at Kingwood Middle School, 2407 Pine Terrace Drive.

Feel free to attend and hear Humble ISD's latest progress on the new Foster Elementary campus. If you can't make it but want to discuss a concern with the TVCA Board, e-mail the TVCA, DM our Facebook, or talk with one of the Board members at the National Night Out party at the pool on Tuesday.

***Public Service Announcement***

Recently, a vehicle was parked near Tangle Lake Park for almost two weeks. When a resident informed Houston Police Department about the vehicle, HPD said it had been reported as stolen and thanked the resident. Residents, please keep an eye out for suspicious vehicles.
