Our vision is to serve as a refuge and relief for foster and adoptive families in Northeast Houston-region 6.

We were so happy to reunite with some of our favorite families. What a joy to meet many new little friends and to provide a break for our foster parents. Thank you to our volunteers who helped make our first PNO of 2021, a big success!

Our boys from AFS will tell you that going to church is their favorite thing to do with their mentors! A trip to Golden Corral is a close second!

AFS Egg Hunt #3 in the books! What a beautiful day to celebrate this Easter season with our sweet friends! 1300 eggs for 29 boys was a perfect ratio!

Mentor: A trusted person who provides meaningful direction, guidance, encouragement.

Spring Break outings with our AFS friends were amazing. Our mentors are an excellent example of the above definition.
Please consider joining the OneLove team as we strive to match each child with an adult, so they can successfully transition to a foster home or return to their family.

Five AFS friends made decisions for Christ today. It was a joyous celebration for all those who love these boys so much.

Our AFS boys had a great day, just being boys!! The gospel was shared in words, fellowship, love, and fun. Thank you to the many volunteers that helped make this a wonderful experience for our friends.

Thanksgiving week was a busy one! Directors gotta direct, tutors gotta tutor, and mentors gotta mentor. We have got a great team to surround these boys with love. 15 are BLESSED by mentors, with 15 more to go! Church, we can do this.

Another family favorite is headed to Alabama today. We've known this guy the longest at AFS and this transition to family has been hard fought. KUMC, he loved your support and inclusion in camps, retreats and worship. Please pray for our BFF TB❤️
