Work to install a chapter of Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity at the Texas A&M Health Science Center Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy began in the Fall of 2007 when Mr. That spring, Kevin Vu and Dan Ly were joined by Mr. Thomas Garza, Mr. Tu Nguyen and Mr. Together, they completed the work necessary to charter Epsilon Epsilon Chapter. Dr. Michael Veronin graciously agreed to not only be th
e Chapter's Grand Council Deputy, but to be sworn in as a Brother of the Fraternity. Dr. Amber Watts later agreed to be the Faculty Advisor for our chapter. Epsilon Epsilon Chapter was installed at the Texas A&M Health Science Center Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy on August 23, 2008. Dr. Andrew Frasco, Grand Counselor, installed the chapter and presented the charter to Grand Regent Dr. Lawrence Brown in a ceremony held in the Founders Room on the Texas A&M Kingsville Campus. The initiation ceremony and the other phases of the ritual were administered by Dr. Lawrence Brown, assisted by Dr. Andrew Frasco and several members of the Delta Delta and Epsilon Beta Chapters. Currently, Dr. Juan Bustamante serves as the Chapter's Grand Council Deputy and Dr. Juan Castro serves as faculty advisor.
