STPRA Advocacy Director Charles Maley attended legislative hearings in Austin this week on issues related to 765kV transmission lines and data centers. He also testified in front of the House Committee on Delivery of Government Efficiency emphasizing that the physical impact of data centers is not the only concern. Personal data funneled into these centers must be protected too. STPRA stands shoulder to shoulder with our Texas neighbors in the fight to ensure property rights are protected during this time of proposed data centers and transmission lines.
