At our most recent 4-H County Council meeting, members unanimously approved the 4-H Fall Bingo Fundraiser—an exciting event that directly supports our 4-H youth throughout the year.
This fundraiser plays a critical role in helping offset costs for:
Participation in local, district, and state contests
-Leadership camp fees
-Annual banquet awards
-Community service project supplies (One Day 4-H)
-Equipment repairs (scales, clippers, etc.)
-Promoting 4-H activities across the county
Over the years, many families have benefited from these funds—and in order to continue offering this level of support:
It is mandatory that each club contribute to the fundraiser.
Each club is required to donate $500, either in:
Cash (The Extension Office will purchase prizes), OR
Prizes totaling $500 in value
Examples of prize donations:
Microwave – $65
TV – $278
Starbucks Gift Card – $25
YETI Rambler 30 oz Tumbler – $30
You may also collect donations from local businesses and apply those toward your club’s total.
Deadline for all donations: Friday, October 31st
Turn in at the Extension Office
4-H Fall Bingo Event Details:
Date: Sunday, November 9, 2025
Doors Open: 2:30 PM
Bingo Starts: 3:00 PM
Location: J.K. Northway Exposition Center (501 E. Escondido Rd, Kingsville, TX 78363)
Cost: $20 for 20 rounds
We’ll include special Bingo rounds based on the value of donated prizes!
Vendors Wanted!
We are also inviting vendors to participate in the event to attract more attendees and offer food and shopping options.
Vendor Fee: $150

We kindly ask that every club makes every effort to participate, contribute, and promote this fundraiser. Your involvement is vital to the continued success of the 4-H program in Kleberg-Kenedy County!
