November – 7: Marketing Made Easier, Whether you realize it or not, you are marketing every day. In how you dress, in the words you use, in how you carry yourself. Marketing doesn’t have to be a daunting thing you need a degree in for you to grow your business. Through journaling, discussion and creative exercises you’ll learn how to reach potential clients and customers in a way that feels more natural and effortless.

By the end, you’ll walk away with a better understanding of what sets your work apart and how to make the most of it in networking situations and when you meet people day to day. Join Lauree Ostrofsky, PCC Business & Marketing Strategist and Founder of HVWIB for this 3-Hour Workshop. Preregistration required: [email protected]

Today Mentoring MUSE participants attended “The Body Remembers” Workshop led by Executive Director Amy Summers. The group explored old messages stored in their bodies and how those stories inform their perception of self today. They also created two masks; the first illustrated how they represent themselves to the world, or their outer shell. The second mask illustrated their shadow self the part they keep hidden behind the first mask. We laughed, cried, had deep group sharing, snacked and got covered in paint and glue! Our next workshop coming up on october 10th is entitled “Mind Alchemy” led by NLP practitioner, coach and hypnotherapist Emily Hart. Our workshops are open to women in the community. To learn more email [email protected] or visit us on our website. 🌀
