I have outgrown my kitchen space...and the new oven is very inconsistent for mass baking projects ... for these reasons I will not be taking biscotti orders this holiday season. When I can get my new oven and new kitchen space operational I will ressume Andis HOPE....untill then be well and Happy Holidays.

Our Oven has died.....couldn't be the 1000
Pounds of biscotti and other cookies, cakes, and pies I have baked over the years....so currently looking for a replacement...and saving pennies...until then we will be temporarily bakeless......

This just happened ...Vanilla walnut biscotti fresh out the oven...cooling.... waiting to be toasted.

I havent written any posts lately...or baked any biscotti during the hot summer months....but am looking forward to the fall bake....still keeping the prices at 9.99 a pound for the 2017 season. For those who follow Donald Casey on Facebook you have seen all his cakes and cheescakes he has baked over the summer. So trying decide if we should add holiday cakes and cheescakes to our menue... let us know what you think..... much love to all my pookarellas....

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!. I will be baking Biscotti Monday and Tuesday Dec 19 and 20th.
If you want to place an order (for pick up) or LOCAL delivery you need to have your order in by Sunday Dec.18th. I will be away on family buisness hence the later bake date this year.
We will not be able to mail orders this year due to my being away. (Sorry for the inconvenience)
Wishing everyone a Happy Loved filled Holida....and Hug the ones you love...we are not peomised tomorrow.

So this happened last night....Back in July I made two batches of Biscotti....while the first batch was in the oven toasting I received a rather serious phone call from a family member and over toasted the biscotti. Needless to say I didnt serve it, rather toasted the second batch to perfection and off it went. Last night (3 months) later I opened the bag of biscotti I kept stored in the pantry....and umm well they tasted GREAT.....so yea...that happened.
