Our summer swim program has been announced. If you were unable to make the meeting here is the info.

Beginners Summer Swim
6/26 @ 9:30 at the kingston community center
All athletes MUST be registered through Ms. Cherise
Will run approximately 4 weeks.

Swimmers should be ready to get in the pool at 9:30 as our pool time is limited. Please make sure athletes are hydrated, sun screened and fitted for their googles and swim caps prior to that time.

Ms Cherise is lame! I haven't updated on the fitness team yet. They were invited to participate in the Nashville Fitness Expo lol last weekend. They worked out so hard at this event. Christian, Cole, Alexis and Cody killed it this past weekend!!? Shape Up
