Save the Date Saturday August 1st and Sunday August 2nd.

Heritage Day is now Heritage Days!!

Heritage Day 2025 exceeded all expectations so we've decided to added Sunday to the weekend to enlarge the Marketplace and add some family focused events.

Crafters, Artists, Businesses, Food vendors, Flea Marketers, and Farmers can request vendor forms at [email protected]. Local nonprofits are also welcome.

We are looking for volunteers to help support the event. If you have some free time in the days before the event, Saturday or Sunday we could use your help.

This event is the Friends of the Kingston Historical Museum's annual fundraiser which started in 1970 as flea market.

There are still Kingston, NH history books for sale at the Kingston town clerk’s office. There are over 700 pages of stories, photos, and history of the town. The cost is $50.00 per copy. The book makes a great gift for that “Kingstonian” who either still lives here in town or for anyone who has moved away!

Today's video is an excerpt from a program held this past September at the Kingston Historical Museum. Mr. Michael Geanoulis, Sr, presented a talk titled "Shots Not Heard Round the World: The Assault and Raid on Fort William and Mary".

Jeff Durrell is a re-enactor representing a typical Patriot from the Revolutionary War. Re-enactors are individuals who take on the persona of a historical figure or event.

The Festival of Trees is coming up. Make sure you join us on Saturday December 6th 9am-3pm for a chance to win a decorated table top tree or wreath. Wonderful additions for your home or a great gift for a friend. The Christmas Shoppe will have great gifts ideas as well.

Join us at 2pm today at the Kingston Historical Museum for a great program: The Shot Not Heard Round the World.

Learn about Paul Revere's Ride to Durham NH which prompted the raid on Fort William & Mary to secure gun powder. Revere's ride took place much earlier than the Lexington and Concord events.

Michael Geanoulis will present his research into the details of this event from the colonial and British perspectives. Michael's book will be available for sale.

Its an amazing story.
