Mid-Hudson Family Medicine Residency We are a passionate group of individuals who want to provide our community high quality primary care.

The program was sponsored by the Mid-Hudson Family Health Institute, a health center network, from 1981 through 2007. In 2007, the Institute for Family Health assumed operation of the six health centers in the network and sponsorship of the Mid-Hudson residency program. The program was awarded federal funding to become one of the first Teaching Health Centers in the country. The funding allowed t

he residency program to expand from 18 to 30 residents beginning in 2011.
