Cornell Cooperative Extension Ulster County - Nutrition Program CCEUC's nutrition program offers free workshops for low-income individuals and families as well as fee-based programs on food safety and food preservation.

Eat Smart New York (ESNY) Hudson Valley, provides community-based nutrition education targeted to SNAP eligible populations. ESNY utilizes a variety of hands-on education strategies with an assortment of group settings in the community and partnering agencies.
