Gateway Hudson Valley provides residential and supportive services that help people living with mental health and substance use challenges achieve greater independence, stability, and community connection. Every person deserves the opportunity to build a life they are proud of, starting with a place to call home.

Our Health Home Care Managers took their advocacy beyond the office this week, traveling to Albany to join colleagues from across New York State at a rally coordinated by the New York State Care Management Coalition, the New York Health Home Coalition, and iHealth.

Together, care managers, nonprofit leaders, and advocates gathered at the State Capitol to raise awareness about the importance of investing in Health Home Care Management and the workforce that makes this vital work possible.

We are proud of our team for representing Gateway and standing alongside providers from across the state in support of the individuals and families who rely on these critical services every day. 💚

🎨 Our PROS Open House & Art Show welcomed community members, partners, and supporters this week for an afternoon of creativity, connection, and celebration.

Guests had the opportunity to view artwork created by program participants, learn more about PROS, and see firsthand the accomplishments being achieved every day at Gateway. These monthly events are a great opportunity for individuals interested in the program to tour the space, meet staff, and ask questions, while also giving local providers and community partners a chance to connect and build relationships.

In observance of Labor Day, Gateway Hudson Valley's Administrative Offices will be closed on Monday, September 7th.

Today, we celebrate and thank the dedicated workers who strengthen our communities every day. We are grateful for the commitment, passion, and hard work of our team members and partners who help make our mission possible.

Our offices will reopen during regular business hours on Tuesday.
