So after a cooler weekend on the river I was hopeful that the nasty stuff was going to be light at the dumpsters. Apparently not! Giant white boards from whatever business they came from do NOT belong in the dumpsters. Especially because they were certainly salvageable and could have gone to a thrift store. As for the constant supply of popups, we have a FREE METALS dumpster MCE provides nearby in Pinehurst. Please spread that info all over the place. This area is blessed to have such a thing. Let’s use it.

And 6 Dually tires definitely do NOT belong in the dumpsters! As I drove up an old guy from the area was there with me and he was as angry as I was. His first comment to me as he pointed into the tires was, “ this is wrong “! I couldn’t agree more!

Folks it won’t be long before I pull the Raffle winner for this big guy.
Get your tickets at Castaway Fly Shop in Kingston now! The money helps us raise funds for the Dumpsters in the CDA River District. Along with the Trash bags we provide, river cleanup ( coming in mid September 🎉🎉) as well as Scholarships for our students in the Silver Valley, Water Rescue Equipment, etc.
So please head over to our friends at Castaway for your tickets and fishing gear! It’s a super cool shop and they are wonderful people!

It’s been a great event and vendors are excited to see you!

DiAnna is staying calm and carrying you from the parking lot off of Exit 61 to the entrance of the Festival and back again. Looping around every 15 minutes.

Come on down to Wallace for the Huckleberry Festival! We’ll pick you up at the Chamber lot and drop you at the corner by the Brooks Hotel and back again!

We’re honored and frankly amazed after Subie Shuttle developed an aversion to her old starter that we can shuttle again this year for the Wallace Huckleberry Festival 🎉🎉

And if not for Kimberly Keaton from the Stardust Motel jumping in to rescue the show when the bus starter needed to be replaced last minute and the already beleaguered Sid Clark got called back under his favorite vehicle 😉, we wouldn’t have had the chance to meet so many wonderful people. Stardust Motel and Kim’s team rocked it until we got there. We owe ya!

Thank God for DiAnna Macklin and her patience and joy for all things Huckleberry! Best driver anywhere! Especially during times of explosive cans of Pepsi left under the dash ( stupid woman who left that there should be fired!) she’s the calm in the eye of the storm.♥️☺️♥️
Come on over to Wallace this weekend for a BEAUTIFUL family fun time. Pick up at Chamber gravel lot to Huckleberry entrance and back every 15 minutes.
