Betsy Plank attained national and international stature during a distinguished 63-year career in corporate, agency and non-profit sectors. Betsy is known as the First Lady of Public Relations because she achieved multiple firsts for women in communications.

In honor of Betsy Plank’s birthday, will be hosting “Be Like Betsy” Week from April 3 to April 9.

We will be holding elections this Wednesday and there is still time to put your name in! Email us at [email protected] if you’re interested in any of the following positions. Positions with no one running are Recruitment Assistant, Diversity & Inclusion Assistant, and Fundraising Assistant. Positions with only one person running are President (must have been on the exec board for one semester to run), Vice President, Treasurer, Events Assistant, Alumni Relations Coordinator, and Web Coordinator. Positions with two or more people running are Director of Events & Fundraising, Director of Marketing & Communications, and Social Media Assistant.
