Polka-dotted window film was applied to windows at McCormick Place last summer ahead of the fall migration. The drop in collisions is a victory for the birds, bird advocates and the building and a model that other glass-walled Chicago buildings could emulate.

RABBIT, RABBIT, RABBIT!!! 🐇🐇🐇
As one season passes into another,
and the monthly markers change name,
count the blessings that you have, and urge the fates,
by saying rabbit, rabbit, rabbit, when first you wake ~
to insure October brings a month of luck and time spent with dearest soul-mates!

Volunteers needed tomorrow!

Join us in our efforts to restore the forest along the Ashokan Rail Trail on Saturday, June 29 from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

The Catskill Regional Invasive Species Partnership (CRISP) has successfully removed invasive plants from an area heavily impacted by the Emerald Ash Borer, and now we need your help to plant native trees that will provide wildlife habitat and protect water quality.

An orientation, basic training on equipment use, and invasive species identification will be provided by CRISP staff.
