National Room Block

Ok. We knew this would happen quickly. It does every year. We sincerely ask for your patience. If you did not get room type you wanted I hope you took what was available? If you did not please know we are already working g on getting more rooms. At this point IF YOU DID NOT get a room the absolute BEST thing to do is

1- Go to clubs NATIONAL website
2- Click on little gold lines for drop down menu
3- Select venue, at venue there is a wait list form.
4- Fill it out form COMPLETELY

Forms are submitted directly to me as the show chair. I will be coordinating with hotel until our cut of date in late March of 2027 to get rooms turned back into our block reassigned to people on my wait list.

If you need to reach me you can text but the forms will be my master list to get people into the type of room they need for dates they need them.
IF you have a room you will NOT be needing in future, please contact me to cancel and reassign to a person on wait list.

The hotel block is currently full. As most of you know, the block typically fills up in about a half hour. Our experience has been that we usually get a room for everyone that needs one. To get on the wait list for a room, click the link below and fill out the form halfway down on the venue page of our website. We will do our very best to get everyone a room that needs one.

If you do not have a car or want to utilize it, a golf cart shuttle is picking up and dropping off outside the rotunda near the ballroom at the hotel and at the end of the YMCA parking lot near the driving range.
