Thinking (and seeking input) on ways to make this event more fun , involve more attendees, & possibly raise more funds...without the hassle of food.(pre-event storage, preparation, cleanup)
Ideas we have floated include
--a hot beverage ba without food: ..coffee...hot chocolate...hot cider...hot teas????
--Story time with Santa Milt.
--Additional crafts- with donations (or supply sponsors?)

PLEASE POST YOUR SUGGESTIONS...
