🚨 IT’S OFFICIAL ⚽️

Johnson City Futbol Club and Tri-Cities United have officially united to form Appalachian Highlands United — the region’s largest competitive youth soccer club.

Built on a shared commitment to player development, affordability, accessibility, and regional pride, AHU will serve more than 900 youth players across Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia with pathways from recreational soccer to elite, college-preparatory competition.

We’re also proud to announce Ballad Health as the club’s foundational sponsor, supporting our mission to grow the game and create opportunities for every player across the Appalachian Highlands.

This is more than a merger, it’s a new era for soccer in our region.
