The Greater Kingsport Family YMCA is helping fight childhood hunger with our Food for All Non-Congregate Feeding Program. Families can pick up FREE weekly meal boxes containing 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches for children ages 18 and under.

With convenient pickup locations in Kingsport, Rogersville, and Church Hill, we're making it easier than ever for families to access nutritious meals throughout the summer.

Think you have what it takes to be the last one standing?

Introducing Survive the Fest, a brand-new Fun Fest 2026 competition presented by Brightspeed and organized by us, the Greater Kingsport Family YMCA! Gather your team (or sign up solo) and take on a full day of challenges including relay races, trivia, eating contests, water challenges, and more as you battle your way toward victory.

Perfect for ages 8+, this class is designed for beginners who want to learn chords, strumming patterns, simple songs, and build confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Whether your child is picking up a guitar for the first time or wants to strengthen the basics, this class is a great place to start!

Our American Karate Program for ages 5–11 helps kids build strength, focus, respect, and real-world safety skills in a fun and supportive environment. Under the instruction of Drew Spears, an experienced martial arts instructor, students will improve coordination, resilience, and self-confidence while learning age-appropriate martial arts techniques.

This is more than karate — it’s a place where kids grow physically, mentally, and socially. 👊

📅 Tuesdays | 5:30–6:30 PM
📅 Thursdays | 6:00–7:00 PM

👕 Participants must wear black sweatpants and karate shirt to class
💲 One-time karate shirt cost: $15
