“In Full View of the Creator as our witness, We, as American
Citizens, assembled together, do hereby dedicate and consecrate our lives to uphold, preserve and defend the Constitution for the United States of America; The We The People Congress was a nationwide, non-partisan, not-for-profit membership organization of constitutional activists committed to "institutionalizing" citizen vigilance throu
gh civic education, monitoring of governments, and organizing grassroots programs of civic resistance to confront and repel tyranny. Based on the life work of Thomas Jefferson, the Congress was organized into local state and county "ward republics." The Congress worked closely with the WTP Foundation to achieve its mission to restore Constitutional Order and reclaim Liberty. My current work focuses centrally around getting constitutional conservatives elected to State office, and restoring the right of We The People to once again self-govern by restoring the constitutional authority of the States that the Federal Government has unconstitutionally and unlawfully usurped. Please Note: One of the ways in which I do this is by using the peaceful and constitutionally authorized Article V amending convention of State, which is while I am a volunteer supporter of Citizens for Self-Governance and the Convention of States Project, as well as a member of the Tea Party Alliance, and other grassroots and activist groups, any and all activities of The We The People Tennessee movement are conducted as a private citizen of The Great State of Tennessee and are in no way affiliated, endorsed, solicited, and/or sanctioned by Citizens for Self-Governance and/or The Convention of States Project, or other group I further certify that all postings, opinions, political endorsements, fund raising activities, partisan commentary, etc. on this page posted under the penname We The People TN are done as an ordinary citizen and not in any official capacity member of any other group. We The People TN and hopefully soon to come We The People TN Political Action Committee are both a nonprofit organization, however we are not a charitable organization and donations are not Tax deductible for income tax purposes. This status is legally necessary to allow us to conduct political activism which would be prohibited by being a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.
