Hey all you 8 To The 8's fans/previous contestants.....come to the Y any Saturday this month (May) for SAMPLE SATURDAYS which are 30 minute "mini" Group Ex classes that are free for everyone! Not a member, no problem! Schedules will be different every week, but the one below is for THIS Saturday...the 5th. Come on down, and bring a friend. Make sure to share this status to your page so we can get the word out! Tyler and Ginny (Trainers for the 8 To The 8's) will be teaching their class at 10:00am! Come on DOWN! Who is coming?
