This is the kind of people we have in Sullivan Gardens! These brick were almost black. A new location just wouldn’t be the same.

The next Food Truck Rally will be Monday Oct 5th. We will also be having a Cruise In. We've had several request from the Classic Car guys and gals to have another one. So bring them on out this Monday evening. Let's make the last Food Truck Rally for the year a Big Deal!

Hey Everyone! I have a favor to ask of you! I would like for everyone on this page to answer this question. "What does Sullivan/West High School mean to you"? This includes anyone that attended middle school there as well. It can be a memory, an event or a special feeling that you have. Write these down and mail them to Manuel Steffey, 304 E Center St, Kingsport, TN 37660 or email it to [email protected]. I will explain later. There may even be a surprise for the best one submitted. Please share this with others.

I wanted to let everyone know that WJHL TV contacted me about doing a follow up interview about the Sullivan Gardens Community Center, which we did this morning. It is supposed to air tonight. She wasn't sure what time. The interview was about 45 minutes long and went from how did we get started to what our plans are now. Our story has created a lot of interest with over 18,000 hits on our FB page in the last 30 days. That's a 271% increase over the previous month. We haven't laid down and rolled over yet! This project is still on going. We still need your support! As the presentation said "Get on board the Sullivan Pirate Train". We're rolling on!

We "Will" be having a meeting tomorrow evening Sept 8th 7pm at Glen Alpine Methodist Church. The board members can come at the same time. There has been a huge jump in interest in the past few weeks. All those that are interested and support our community should attend this meeting.

We will also be having the Food Truck Rally on Monday Sept 14th.
