Lambda Nu hosted our annual Tea for the Aqua Boom pageant contestants and it was a wonderful afternoon! The girls (grades 6-12) had an opportunity to practice before this weekend’s pageant. They are very well-spoken and talented. We wish them all the best!

Installation of Lambda Nu Officers took place on May 13 - left to right - Diana Penelas (Parliamentarian), Vicki Ryan standing in for Barb Gandy (Secretary), Jean Smith (Treasurer), Sheilah Lackey (Vice President), Janis Spears (President), and Marsha Killam (Past State President).

Left to right - Jewel pin awards were given by Janis Spears (President) and Sheilah Lackey (VP) to: Karen Eaton, Teresa Smith, Brandy Smith, and Marilyn Pesek.

And a new member, Sue Peace, was welcomed into Lambda Nu (2nd from right). CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!!

Congratulations to these graduating Llano High School seniors!

Lambda Nu awarded five students $2,000 each in scholarship money.
The seniors are: Katie Turner, Sydney Kuykendall, Koda Wagner, and Peyton Parrish. (Isaiah Aguilar was not present.)

Lambda Nu thanks everyone who came to our “Blast From the Past” Music Bingo Fundraiser last night! And thanks to our generous sponsors for helping to make the event a success! We raised money for local charities and scholarships while enjoying the evening. Hope to see y’all at our next music bingo on Nov. 19, 2026!
