Lower Antelope Canyon in Arizona, USA is a stunning slot canyon carved by flash floods and wind over thousands of years, creating smooth, flowing sandstone walls. Located near Page within the Navajo Nation, it is famous for its narrow passageways and dramatic light beams that filter through openings above, illuminating the canyon in glowing shades of orange, pink, and gold. The twisting shapes and wave-like formations make it feel almost like a natural sculpture. Guided tours lead visitors through its tight corridors, offering unforgettable photo opportunities and a close look at one of the most beautiful geological wonders in the American Southwest.

Finally made it to Antelope Canyon near Page, Arizona!
Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe these narrow and deep sandstone slot canyons. The way the sunlight reflects off the walls creates ribbons of orange, yellow, and the full spectrum of reds — a glowing, shifting display that’s absolutely gorgeous and continuously changing.
Being like a kid in a candy store, I took over 3,200 shots in the three hours we were there. I mainly utilizing my Nikon D500 with an 8mm ultra‑wide lens, shooting straight up and capturing a 189‑degree view of the awesomeness above our heads!
