Our foremost goal is to provide patient-focused services to the almost 18,000 beneficiaries in our Network, helping them navigate the system and take an active role in their care. Our staff strive to be conveners, organizers, motivators and change agents. We can offer your facility helpful services, information, technical assistance and learning opportunities. We also field patient grievances and appeals of involuntary discharges and transfers.
