Hey, all you Wildkat fans!

Summer workouts are just around the corner.

The attached schedule was handed out to prospective football players during school today.

With all the activities these guys do, some dates/times may fluctuate, but any changes will be communicated if/when necessary.

Please note that there will be no boys' workouts during the week of June 29-July 3 or during our mandatory dead week (August 1-9).

High School camp will begin on the evening of July 20th and run through July 31st.

Time to go to work!

With that said, we are looking at doing a second order if there is enough interest.

If you did not get one, or would like to purchase any additionals, message King City Wildkat Football or Todd Shifflett, and we will add you to the list.

2026 is underway, and we wanted to share some important dates so everyone can start planning their family vacations.

Wildkat Football will not have practices or workouts from June 28 - July 5 in observance of the 4th of July and August 1 - August 9 (district-wide dead week).

During the course of a football season we as players and coaches experience the full spectrum of emotions.

It's never fun when a season comes to an end, especially when it's not the way we had hoped.

We asked the guys to share a memorable moment from their 2025 season. Their responses are captured in the video below.

In the end, it's just a game. But I'll be darned if it doesn't leave a lasting impact on the rest of their lives.

The GRM Networks GRC West Player of the Week is Landon Carlson of the King City Wildkats Football Team. In the Wildkats, 70-60 win over Pattonsburg, Landon went 8-13 passing with 196 yards and 4 touchdowns. He also had 13 carries with 147 yards and 2 touchdowns. On defense, he had an interception and 8 tackles. Congratulations to Landon.
