This Sunday is Pentecost — and it might be the most fascinating sermon Sunday of the year. Most people know the Pentecost story. Wind. Fire. Tongues of fire. Three thousand baptized in a single day. But do you know what Pentecost is actually reversing? It's Babel. The tower. The confusion of languages. The scattering of nations. (Genesis 11). What God broke at Babel, the Spirit healed at Pentecost (Acts 2). And the miracle of tongues wasn't random — it was surgical. It healed exactly what Babel broke.

This Sunday we're digging into all of it — and there's honestly too much to fit in one sermon. So we're doing two:

9:30 a.m. — Adult LifeClass
The Gift of Tongues — Acts 2 & 1 Corinthians 12–14
What are tongues, exactly? Why does Paul regulate them so carefully? What's the difference between what happened at Pentecost and what Paul addresses in Corinth? We're going deep.

We are so excited for our upcoming Kidz Camp VBS with the awesome Camp Perkins June 22nd - 26th, and we are looking for volunteers who can assist this ministry in a practical way. Three Camp Perkins staff members will be leading the VBS, and we need families who are willing to host them in their homes for the week. If you’re able to serve in this way, please reach out to us or to Nic .Host families should provide a room and include them with your family meals.
