🎉 PIZZA IN PIECES: ONE YEAR OF CAIDEN’S CORNER 🍕 is almost here, and we have one more reason to get excited…

The Biloxi Shuckers mascot, Schooner, will be joining us from 10:00-10:30 AM! 💙

Bring the kids, snap some pictures, grab some pizza, check out our brand-new Mobile Sensory Unit, and help us celebrate ONE YEAR of Caiden’s Corner serving families across the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Caiden’s Corner!

Today, we’re celebrating the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, father figures, and special men who show up every day with love, patience, support, and strength.

Caiden is incredibly blessed to have an Ausome dad who is the absolute muscle of our team. 💪

A lot of what we’ve done so far wouldn’t be possible without Clayton D Smith putting in sweat, blood and tears.

And two wonderful grandpas (Pops & Poppie) who have always been in his corner.

Shoutout to all the grandparent’s who learned a whole new world just so their autistic grandchild could feel safe.

Through every milestone, challenge, victory, and adventure, they’ve been there cheering him on and helping him grow.

To all the fathers and father figures in our community, thank you for the countless ways you support your families.

Your presence matters more than you know.

LOOK WHAT JUST PULLED UP! 💙🚐

The wrap is officially DONE, and seeing this vision come to life is honestly hard to put into words.

A huge thank you to Lightning Quick Signs for bringing our Mobile Sensory Unit to life. They absolutely knocked it out of the park!

And today was a big day for another reason too…

❄️ The AC unit was delivered!

A huge shoutout to Keith's Heating & Air Conditioning for stepping up as our AC sponsor and helping make this unit comfortable for the families we’ll serve.

Tomorrow, the team gets to work on the next phase…the interior buildout.

We’ll be installing equipment, organizing sensory tools, setting up stations, and transforming this trailer into a mobile sensory space that can travel throughout South Mississippi.

And the craziest part?

🎉 In ONE WEEK, this unit will make its public debut at 🎉 PIZZA IN PIECES: ONE YEAR OF CAIDEN’S CORNER 🍕

What started with one little boy and one mom’s dream is about to become a reality for hundreds of families.

💙 We do still have a few needs as we finish this project:

✔️ ADA/handicap-accessible ramp
✔️ Generator capable of powering the unit at events without electrical hookups
✔️ Additional storage solutions and equipment
✔️ Ongoing sponsors to help support maintenance, insurance, supplies, and operating costs

Businesses and organizations that sponsor the Mobile Sensory Unit will receive recognition, including logo placement and promotional opportunities as the unit travels throughout our community.

🍕 We've been asked lately...

Why is pizza involved in basically everything Caiden's Corner does? 😂

Well, here's the story.

Caiden has been a pizza guy from day one.

Pizza. Pizza rolls. Bagel bites. Hot Pockets. If it tastes remotely like pizza, there's a good chance it's on his safe-foods-approved menu.

Maybe it's because half our family has worked for Domino's - RPM Team at some point over the years.

Shout out for always being our Pizza Dealer. 🎉

Or maybe it's just one of those things he decided was safe and never looked back.

Either way, pizza has been part of our story for a very long time.

In fact, our little dude has even been featured on pizza ads before. ✨

When we started planning our very first event, pizza just made sense.

Not just because it's one of Caiden's favorite foods, but because pizza brings people together.

It's the kind of meal you share around a table with family, friends, and people who quickly become family.

That's really what Caiden's Corner is all about.

Creating a place where families can connect, feel understood, and know they're not walking this journey alone.

So yes, pizza is delicious.

But it's become something a little bigger than that for us.

It's community.

It's connection.

It's sharing a table with people who get it.

⚾💙 They’re almost ready!

We’re packing up the first batch of sensory sacks that will soon be heading to the Biloxi Shuckers stadium, and we couldn’t be more excited about this partnership.

These sensory sacks are filled with tools designed to help guests who may need a little extra support enjoy the game-day experience.

From sensory items to noise-reduction resources, each sack was created with inclusion in mind.

We’ll be delivering these to the stadium on Friday so they can begin making a difference before our official Caiden's Corner Night with the Biloxi ShuckersJuly 3rd.

This partnership is about more than baseball. It’s about creating a place where every child, every family, and every fan feels welcome.

We can’t wait to see these sacks in action and meet so many amazing families at the ballpark!

Friday, our Founder and President, Alyece Smith, was named one of Gulf Coast Woman Magazine 100 Successful Women to Know.

More than 1,000 women were nominated for this year's recognition.

What an honor it is to see Alyece recognized among so many women making a difference across the Gulf Coast.

Caiden's Corner began with one little boy, one determined mom, and a simple belief that families raising autistic children should never have to walk this journey alone.

After years of navigating diagnoses, therapies, IEP meetings, waiting lists, and the daily realities that many autism families know all too well, Alyece saw a need for more support, more understanding, and more inclusive opportunities right here in South Mississippi.

What started as a personal mission inspired by her son, Caiden, has grown into a nonprofit that has served hundreds of families through sensory-friendly events, caregiver support, community education, scholarships, advocacy, and now the development of South Mississippi's first Mobile Sensory Unit.

This recognition belongs not only to Alyece, but to every family who has trusted us, volunteered with us, supported our mission, and believed in a world where every child belongs.

Y'all... we've spent ALL DAY working on the design for our Mobile Sensory Unit wrap, and we are getting so close! 💙💛

A few final tweaks to do, but this trailer is going to travel across the Mississippi Gulf Coast, bringing sensory support, inclusion, resources, and safe spaces directly to families in our community.

The design has to be finalized and sent to print no later than THURSDAY, which means this is your opportunity to have your business featured on the Mobile Sensory Unit before it hits the road.

Imagine your logo traveling to community events, schools, festivals, sporting events, and sensory-friendly experiences all across South Mississippi while helping us create more inclusive spaces for children and families.
