🆕💨 Good morning family! 🆓💨

We would like for you to meet our brother Morgan Callahan he is 35 years old and is from Jackson, Mississippi. Morgan has been lost in the grips of addiction for 16 years of his life. What started out as partying became an escape for reality. Morgan was devastated due to the passing of his best friend that was like his brother followed by the deaths of his two other close friends in a span of 2 years. Feeling depressed and abandoned Morgan became very angry with God and rebelled against EVERYTHING he was taught coming from a Christian home. He found himself self medicating with anything he could get his hands on but the spirit of alcoholism almost cost him his entire family, his career, and his life. When entering the program at God’s House of Hope he was knocking on deaths door because he suffered from stage 3 kidney disease along with liver failure BUT it was still not enough for Morgan to stop! Today, since returning back to the Lord, everything the enemy “thought” he stole has been given back to him. God is healing his wounded heart and drawing his wife and son closer to Him! Morgan is a very creative individual he loves to write music and cuts all of our guys hair. What was once used for the world’s use…. God is using it for the KINGDOM!! 👑🫶🙏

•John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

This is how you know GOD ORDERS OUR STEPS!! 👣 several years ago our sister Candice was still very lost in addiction. During that time she met a sweet young lady who was working at a local Dollar General. Candice said that she could remember how kind her heart was towards her and recognizes it today as the love of Jesus… little did she know that she would eventually cross paths with this individual again. Last Christmas our sister Carrie took a group of girls to her mom’s house identifying the sweet young lady as Lindsey Grace Floyd, Carrie’s daughter. How incredible to know that God will bring you full circle when you least expect it! Remember you never know how the first impression you leave with someone can either build them up or tear them down. LOVE GOD & LOVE PEOPLE! ♥️🙌🫶

•Hebrews 13:2 “Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it!”

We are so proud of our sister Fonda! Since leaving our ministry to take care of her family, she has truly remained faithful to the calling the Lord has given her. Not only does she volunteer her time to come and pour into our people during our night devotions, but she also takes time to cut their hair and makes them feel special! We are proud to see the fruit of the ministry go forth and continue to transform lives!! We know that after walking out of our doors to return back to a world that has not changed is when the true test begins… pray for Fonda as she continues on proclaiming the name of Jesus wherever she may go!!

HAPPY FRIDAY FAMILY!! ⛓️‍💥✨🔐💪🏼

Today we would like to shine a light on our brother Jason! This guy has completely changed his life and is the PROOF that GOD can turn it all around if you remain willing. In this season of his life God has opened up a door for Jason to be able to work for the town of Kilmichael so that he is able to save money for the next season of his life. Not only that but he has started doing Weekend Overseer and is learning to be bold for the Lord as he trains to run the house! We are so proud of Jason and the work the Lord is doing in his life!

•Pslams 37:23 “The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives”

We are so thankful for Jeff and Connie Johnson and the ministry the Lord has blessed them with! Our brother Jeff was able to come and minister to our Nettleton and Kilmichael locations and as usual it was nothing short of a Holy Ghost appointment!! Thank you Jesus for restoring lives and allowing individuals like Jeff and Connie to be used for the Kingdom!!
•Hebrews 12:28 “Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe”

GOOD MORNING FAMILY!!🌞
Here is a MID-WEEK MIRACLE for your WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY!! In this season of Candice’s life, God is calling her out by name so that she KNOWS THAT SHE KNOWS IT IS ONLY GOD!! First…. She received a late birthday present that was right on time…. Jesus paid off one of her old fines!! Second… while at a service all the way in Aberdeen she came in contact with one of the girls she was in prison with Shana Kay! We love seeing God bring Candice full circle and closing all the old chapters of her past!!

•Lamentations 3:25-26 “The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him. It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.”

📢ATTENTION FAMILY📢
Saturday marked a very important milestone in Brandi Waldrop’s life… SEVEN years ago Brandi was released from jail to come to GHOH and her life, or ours, has never been the same!! It has been incredible to watch her grow into a beautiful servant of Christ and we are so grateful that she allows the Lord to work through her. Most of us know the biblical meaning of the number SEVEN means completion so we look forward to seeing what the next year will hold!!

•Psalms 18:3 “I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies.”

Here was one of our FAITH BUILDERS we encountered over the weekend. Just over this past week Casey was asking for chicken strips…. Little did our sister Shana know a random grocery drop off would be an answered prayer for our Kitchen Team Leader! We LOVE the little moments God allows us to know He hears us!!!👂♥️🫶
